Copper Shore is busy preparing for their annual Puppy Parade: Paws with a Cause. April is their Sexual Assault Awareness Month event and raises awareness of sexual assault in our community and of resources in the community to help someone who may have been a victim of sexual assault.

CCHS will be attending having a table with a board of adoptable animals and chatting about volunteering opportunities, adoption, etc. While it’s no replacement for regular therapy, spending time with dogs can cats can be very therapeutic. There will also be lots of other vendors at the event.
